About the Role
NeeFox® is looking for a visionary and inspiring Art Director to be the creative soul of our agency, based in our Lahore office. You will be responsible for defining and protecting the visual identity of both NeeFox and our diverse portfolio of clients. This role is a unique blend of high-level creative strategy and hands-on design, requiring you to lead a talented team of designers while personally crafting the concepts for our most important projects. A Day in the Life
As our Art Director, you will orchestrate the visual symphony at NeeFox. Your day will begin with a creative huddle with your design team, reviewing project pipelines and brainstorming concepts for a new client branding project. You might then spend a few hours in Figma, refining a high-fidelity UI/UX prototype for a major web application, ensuring the user experience is as beautiful as it is intuitive. In the afternoon, you’ll collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead to conceptualize the visual direction for an upcoming ad campaign. Your day will be capped off by providing final art approval on a set of social media assets and dedicating some quiet time to research the latest design trends, keeping NeeFox on the cutting edge of creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and refine a comprehensive sales strategy to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a world-class team of sales executives and business development representatives. Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and success.
- Pipeline & Revenue Management: Take full ownership of the entire sales pipeline, from lead qualification to deal closure. Implement rigorous forecasting processes and provide accurate reporting to the executive team.
- Enterprise Deal Closing: Personally drive the sales cycle for key enterprise accounts, leading negotiations and building relationships with key decision-makers to secure high-value contracts.
- Market Expansion & Analysis: Identify and pursue new market segments, customer profiles, and service opportunities. Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape to ensure NeeFox maintains a strategic advantage.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless go-to-market strategy and an exceptional client onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
Required (Must-Haves)
- 8-10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a significant portion within the IT services, SaaS, or digital agency industry.
- 4+ years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of managing a team and exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas.
- Demonstrable experience in building and scaling a sales function from the ground up.
- Expert-level proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting.
- Mastery of solution selling, with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)
- An MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Specific experience selling WordPress, Shopify, SEO, or PPC services.
- An existing network of C-level contacts in target industries.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or agency environment.
