NeeFox® – Best IT Solutions Company is looking for a visionary and inspiring Art Director to be the creative soul of our agency, based in our Lahore office. You will be responsible for defining and protecting the visual identity of both NeeFox and our diverse portfolio of clients. This role is a unique blend of high-level creative strategy and hands-on design, requiring you to lead a talented team of designers while personally crafting the concepts for our most important projects. A Day in the Life

As our Art Director, you will orchestrate the visual symphony at NeeFox. Your day will begin with a creative huddle with your design team, reviewing project pipelines and brainstorming concepts for a new client branding project. You might then spend a few hours in Figma, refining a high-fidelity UI/UX prototype for a major web application, ensuring the user experience is as beautiful as it is intuitive. In the afternoon, you’ll collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead to conceptualize the visual direction for an upcoming ad campaign. Your day will be capped off by providing final art approval on a set of social media assets and dedicating some quiet time to research the latest design trends, keeping NeeFox on the cutting edge of creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Vision & Brand Guardianship: Establish, evolve, and enforce the visual identity and brand standards for NeeFox and our key clients, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX designers, graphic designers, and illustrators. Conduct design critiques, foster professional growth, and cultivate a world-class creative culture.
Art Direction & Project Oversight: Direct all creative projects from initial concept and mood boarding through to final execution. Ensure all work is conceptually brilliant, strategically sound, and delivered on time.
Hands-On Design Excellence: Act as the lead designer for high-priority projects, personally creating brand identities, key visuals, and UI/UX mockups that set the standard for quality and innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing, development, and leadership teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand narrative is woven into every website, campaign, and product we launch.
Quality Assurance: Serve as the final checkpoint for all visual output, guaranteeing that every design asset that leaves the studio meets our exceptionally high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Required (Must-Haves)

7+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house creative department.
3+ years of experience in a senior or leadership role (Senior Designer, Design Lead, or Art Director).
An outstanding portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in branding, digital advertising, and UI/UX design for web and mobile.
Expert-level mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
A keen eye for typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)

Experience with motion graphics and animation (Adobe After Effects).
Basic understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS).
Experience directing photo or video shoots.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
