As a Client Success Manager, you are the quarterback for our client relationships. You might start your day conducting a quarterly business review (QBR) with a key client, presenting performance data and collaboratively planning their strategic roadmap for the next quarter. You’ll then manage the onboarding of a new client, ensuring a smooth handover from the sales team and setting them up for immediate success. In the afternoon, you could be proactively checking in with clients in your portfolio to identify potential challenges or opportunities, and then working with our technical team to ensure an escalated support issue is being resolved swiftly.
