Social Media Manager (Lahore)

A Day in the Life

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be immersed in the fast-paced world of digital conversation. Your morning might involve scheduling a week’s worth of visually stunning posts for a client’s Instagram and professional updates for their LinkedIn, using a tool like Buffer. You’ll then dive into community management, responding to comments, answering direct messages, and sparking conversations. In the afternoon, you could be collaborating with the Art Director to brainstorm visuals for an upcoming holiday campaign, followed by analyzing performance data to see which posts from the previous week drove the most engagement and why.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage creative social media strategies that are tailored to the specific goals of each client, from brand awareness to lead generation.
Content Creation & Scheduling: Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, Reels, Stories) that is customized for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
Community Management: Act as the brand's ambassador by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly, and fostering a positive and interactive online community.
Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, including contests, giveaways, influencer collaborations, and product launches.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key social media metrics and use platform analytics to track performance, analyze results, and generate monthly reports with actionable insights.
Trend Monitoring: Stay on the cutting edge of social media trends, platform updates, new tools, and viral content formats, and strategically apply them to our clients' accounts

Key Responsibilities

Required (Must-Haves)

2+ years of professional experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Coordinator, or in a similar digital marketing role.
A portfolio or links to social media accounts you have successfully managed.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).
Exceptional copywriting, editing, and communication skills with a talent for adopting different brand voices.
A strong visual eye and understanding of what makes compelling social media content.

Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)

Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva.
Experience with running paid social media advertising campaigns.
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
