Payment Terms

At NeeFox®, we strive to maintain a clear and transparent payment structure for all our services. Below are the terms governing payments for our digital marketing services:

  1. Payment Schedule:
    • All invoices must be settled within 14 days of issuance unless a different arrangement is agreed upon in writing.
    • For projects valued over $5,000, a 50% deposit is required before project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or as outlined in the agreed-upon milestone plan.
  2. Payment Methods:
    • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or digital payment platforms as approved by NeeFox®.
  3. Late Payments:
    • Payments not received by the due date will incur a 1.5% monthly late fee or the maximum interest rate permitted by law.
  4. Refund Policy:
    • Payments made for completed milestones or delivered services are non-refundable.
    • If a project is canceled before work has commenced, NeeFox® may issue a partial refund, excluding administrative costs incurred during onboarding.
 
 






Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

At NeeFox®, we understand the importance of confidentiality and are committed to protecting your sensitive business information. Our NDA policy ensures:

  1. Definition of Confidential Information:
    • All shared documents, data, marketing strategies, designs, and proprietary business information will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
  2. Exclusions:
    • Information that is publicly available, already known by NeeFox®, or independently developed without access to the disclosed materials is not covered by the NDA.
  3. Duration of Confidentiality:
    • NeeFox® agrees to maintain the confidentiality of shared information during the engagement period and for two (2) years following the completion of services.
  4. Breach of Agreement:
    • In case of a breach of this agreement, NeeFox® will work to resolve the issue promptly. Legal action may be pursued if necessary to protect client interests.

    • We collect client information such as name, email address, business details, and payment information to provide our services efficiently.

    • NeeFox® is closed on weekends and public holidays. Urgent support outside of standard hours may be available by prior arrangement and could incur additional charges.

    • Clients can unsubscribe from non-critical emails at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link in our emails. However, critical updates related to ongoing projects will still be sent.
